Purpose is to educate and encourage people on the breakdown of physical movement and body dynamics for a more successful approach to aging. Proper body mechanics will conserve energy, improve balance, prevent falls and physically prepare one for surgery. A series of 6 interactive workshops that explain physical movement and activities that help maintain balance along with exercises to regain what has been lost. Learn what proper alignment is and the muscles to exercise to support and maintain an active and thriving lifestyle. Using firsthand knowledge of what happens after surgery, a fall or general weakness after an illness that causes a decline in ones overall well-being. Increase your muscle memory today for a more stable future!
